Your arrangement arrives beautifully designed in a vase and ready to enjoy. To help your flowers last longer, place them in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts. Check the water level daily and add fresh water as needed, as flowers may drink quite a bit during the first few days. Every 1–2 days, gently refresh the water to keep the stems hydrated. If any blooms naturally fade, simply remove them to maintain the beauty of the arrangement.

All floral orders are scheduled for delivery based on availability. Same-day delivery is currently unavailable, so we recommend placing orders in advance whenever possible, especially for holidays, sympathy flowers, birthdays, anniversaries, events, and other time-sensitive occasions.

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate, contact the recipient, leave the arrangement with a responsible person, or return the order for redelivery.

Hospitals, Funeral Homes & Businesses
We deliver flowers to local businesses, hospitals, funeral homes, memorial services, residences, and other approved locations throughout our delivery area.
For hospital deliveries, please confirm that the recipient is still admitted and permitted to receive flowers.
For funeral and memorial deliveries, please provide the deceased’s name, service time, funeral home, church, or memorial location so we can coordinate delivery appropriately.
Floral Substitutions
Because flowers are seasonal and availability changes frequently, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.
We may substitute flowers, greenery, containers, or decorative elements with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and design intention of the arrangement.

Weather & Delivery Delays
Severe weather, road closures, accidents, extreme heat, flooding, or other conditions outside our control may affect delivery schedules.
If conditions make delivery unsafe or impractical, we may contact you to reschedule the order for the next available delivery date.
